The structure of digital display flow control valve is composed of automatic valve core, manual valve core and display part. The display part is composed of flow valve core, sensor transmitter and electronic calculator display.

Its work is extremely complex. The measured water flows through the valve, and the water flows against the impeller in the flow core. The impeller rotates and senses the sensor transmitter, so that the sensor sends out the electric signal proportional to the flow. The flow signal is sent to the electronic calculator through the wire. After calculation by the calculator and the microprocessor, the flow value is displayed.

Manual valve core is used to adjust flow, and the required flow value is set according to the display value. Automatic valve core is used to maintain constant flow, that is, when the pressure of the pipe network changes, the automatic valve core will automatically open the small valve port under the pressure to maintain the set flow value unchanged.
